Thats only half the story...
Just like in the media, report some the fluff but leave out the whole truth. After a quick search of the paradise police blotter from 1994 I found this. The story, who's details are too disgusting for me to mention, is about a young Kieth Powell who likes dresses up like a high school girl and cruises around town on Friday nights..........
